By accessing or using MasterUp's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MasterUp provides a soft skills development platform that includes audio micro-learning, practice scenarios, and performance tracking (MPI - MasterUp Performance Index).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service to transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the MasterUp platform are owned by MasterUp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of MasterUp is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

MasterUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
