The Problem We Saw
As L&D professionals ourselves, we lived the frustration: investing hundreds of thousands in soft skills training, only to face the CFO's inevitable question: "Did it work?"
We saw completion rates hovering around 20-30%. Generic content that didn't address real situations. Surveys that relied on self-reported data. And worst of all, L&D budgets getting cut because we couldn't prove ROI.
We knew soft skills were critical—the difference between high performers and average ones. Communication, leadership, adaptability, emotional intelligence—these are what drive teams and careers forward. But the traditional approach wasn't working.
